Hello! I'm Aryn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience and I'm here to support you on your journey to improved mental health. I am passionate about helping individuals and family's navigate life's challenges and have experience focusing on anxiety, trauma, life transitions, neurodiversity, how disabilities impact an individual and/or family system and caregiving.I believe in a holistic and compassionate approach to therapy. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, Internal family systems and play therapy tailored to each client's unique needs. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you and/or your family or child can explore your/their thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and develop effective coping strategies.
